2. Do you take special requests, who can I talk to?

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

4. Do you use fresh fruits for your cakes?
Yes, for most cake offers with fruits, we use the best of the season. If the season gifts us with more fruits than expected, we try to capture most of it but turning berries into preserves that we make in our copper pans.
5. Are your cakes sugar-free?
Unfortunately, our signature cakes are mostly laden with sugar, but we have created a few sugar-free offerings for everyone to enjoy.
6. I have nut allergies. Are your cakes safe for me to eat?
Our cakes are produced in a bakery where we work with all kinds of tree nuts. Although we have nut-free cakes, traces of nuts may still be present.
7. What kind of eggs do you use?
We only use 100% free-range eggs from a farm that observes fair farming practices. Our chickens lay their eggs in a stress-free environment that our farmers happily chase and look for in between nooks and crannies!
8. How come your cream melts fast?
Our bakery only uses 100% dairy cream with no unnatural stabilizers and processed emulsifiers. You only get 100% dairy fat which melts under high temperatures.
9. How do you source your ingredients?
Our Chef ensures traceability in most of our ingredients, visiting farms herself to talk directly with the farmers that our bakery works with.

Yes, we are proud Filipino bakery with Chef Rhea Sycip at the helm.
11. Are your cakes always available?
Our cakes are made in small batches and to maintain the quality of the cakes we serve you. We bake and sell as we go! If you have a cake in mind, we suggest that you order ahead at least a day before.

You can enjoy your cakes in our iconic Flour Pot Bistro and Bakery cake boxes.

Our delivery times vary in volume and location, but we have a morning (8-11:30) and afternoon (1-4:30pm) daily dispatch schedule based on order cut-off periods. (within business hours) + disclaimer

Rates vary from the delivery location as quoted by a third-party delivery service.
16. To save on delivery costs, can I book through a motorcycle?
For us to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition, our website books your order through trusted sedan couriers. Its temperature and environment are most conducive for proper delivery.
We highly discourage motorcycle deliveries, however if you still wish to book pick-up using a motorcycle, we will not be able to guarantee and therefore will not be responsible for any damage that might occur in between.

17. What if my order arrives in poor condition, is incorrect or delayed?
If you have booked using our sedan delivery service and have an issue with your order, please take photos and videos as soon as you receive them from the courier.

18. What happens if I do not pay for my order in time for delivery?
We have a strict no payment, no delivery policy. The latest time you can make your payment is 1 day before delivery. Kindly reach out to our team if you cannot find your order confirmation number.
